SPH has a long history of productive collaboration with external partners to deliver high quality projects and programmes. Our partnerships include working successfully with:
- Methods Analytics for needs assessment and pathway audit work
- Bazian for evidence reviews
- Picker Institute Europe for engagement and service mapping activities
In addition, SPH is part of Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU) and together we have delivered well received services to Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS England, local authorities and a range of care providers.
SPH collaborated with the Business Intelligence and Service Redesign teams from Arden & GEM CSU to provide a ‘Deep Dive’ programme of data packs and presentations to CCGs across the country, building on the NHS England, Public Health England and NHS Rightcare ‘Commissioning for Value’ packs. SPH also has close links with other teams within the CSU.
Specialist Registrar (SpR) Programme
SPH has been a partner for many years with the Oxford School of Public Health which is part of NHS Health Education England. SPH, working with the Oxford Deanery, provides appraised training placements to Specialist Registrars in Public Health in specific areas of public health usually relevant to students’ final year of training.
